“Dande Girl” is a 1989 Heritage East 44’ with newer (2013) Cummins engines. Dande Girl was a freshwater boat for 20 years of her life, until moving down to Florida. She has done the Great Loop and has done extensive travel up and down the east coast. She is in great condition for this original owner and maintained to the highest level, the wood work is amazing. This boat will not disappoint due to all the upgrades and new components, Dande Girl is ready for the next adventure.

Dande Girl offers a large master stateroom aft with a queen size berth and an ensuite head with separate shower and a forward guest stateroom with large size bunk beds and a forward head. The boat has a large dinette for eating and a large main saloon for entertaining. The great space on the sundeck is a great area to relax along with the large fly bridge and a table for your guests to sit at as you Captain the boat. Your bridge clearance is only 16’ 10”.
44’ Heritage Salon
The Salon entrance is either through the sliding door to the starboard near the lower helm or the door from the aft sundeck. The salon offers a sofa to the port side and 2 barrel back chairs on the starboard side. Aft to the salon is cabinets for storage, more storage to the starboard or port behind the seating. Upper hand rails when the seas are getting a little choppy to grab onto. The entertainment the salon has a large TV which is currently set up for Dish Service. A JVC stereo handles CD and cassettes with 2 Bose speakers and a large Bose sub-woofer behind the sofa. The lower helm is located to the Starboard side of the salon near the access door, so you can drive through the locks single handily because of the easy to see windows and entrance. The helm also has all the electronic same as the bridge. The access panel for all the breakers and switches are near the helm. The large windows provide ample amount of light, but the curtains provide privacy when needed, also keeps the salon cool in the summer months.
44’ Heritage Galley
The down galley is to Starboard which is entered from the Main salon down a few steps. The few steps is the easy access to the engine compartment for quick repairs or just inspecting before setting sail.

Dining space is available at the dinette across from the galley to the Port side able to seat 6 comfortably. Storage is under the seating along with easy access to the Purasan System. The fly bridge also has a nice large L shape dinette table.
44’ Heritage Forward Guest Stateroom
The forward guest room offers 2 single berths to the starboard side, across from the berths is a vanity, to sit and get ready for the day. Storage is under the berth and a large hanging locker to the starboard side. You can also access the anchor locker in the bow of the boat. A separate entrance to the guest head to the port side with a Vacuflush and Purasan system. The berths are 6’3 x 3', with a height of 6’5.
44’ Heritage Master Stateroom
The full beam master stateroom is locate in the aft of the boat and offers a queen size berth ( 6’2 x 5’) and storage throughout with a large hanging locker behind the main entrance door . Another hanging locker is on the port side, reading lights, night stands and has plenty of lighting throughout the suite. An entrance to the aft head and a separate shower stall which has a large space (3’x3’, height of 6’3), Vacuflush and Purasan system.
44’ Heritage Flybridge
The fly bridge is entered from the sundeck and offers a new bimini and Isinglass for the enclosure. Dandee Girl has a large area for entertaining along with a beautiful wood table for eating or just to relax. The visibility is 360 and the drivability is easy with all the main gauges and switches. You can access the hardtop over the sundeck easily where you can store your tender and since the canvas is new and enclosed you can Captain the boat during the rainy season.
44’ Heritage Sundeck
The sundeck offers a hardtop and the entrance to the Main salon, fly bridge, the bow of the boat or the swim platform. The flooring is a beautiful wood decking with a beautiful door to the salon. There are storage cabinets, wet sink and a bar area. Below the sink is a newer ice maker that works great for cold drinks. Near the ice maker is where a washer and dryer can be placed if you chose to add one in the cabinet below. Including in the sale are the chairs that are seen in the pictures for extra seating and cooler. You can notice the access hatch from the master state room for safety. This boat also comes with a Magna stainless steel BBQ. The head room is a great height, at 6’6.
