FRESH WATER - SECOND OWNER - CLEAN - " Blue Moon" is an extremely clean, well cared for and maintained, Catalina 28 MKII with only 1383 engine hours! She has a tall rig and wing keel with a draft of 3'9". She is rigged with all lines led aft to the cockpit, roller furling genoa a Fully Battened mainsail and a Cruising Spinnaker for easy sailing!
She has plenty of room in the cockpit and has the signature Catalina stern rail seats and walk through transom to the swim ladder with plenty of shade beneath the dodger.
The interior layout is very spacious and comfortable for 4-6 friends and family. The salon has twin settees surrounding a large folding table. She sleeps 2 in the forward double V-berth cabin, 2 in the aft double berth cabin and the settees sleep 2.
The galley is well equipped with separate lockers for utensils, pans and dry food. Countertops are durable, easy to clean one-piece molded surfaces. A gimbaled, stainless steel stove converts to counter space with the handy flip up cover.
