LAYOUT

Fricia is a rare, full walk-around Kadey-Krogen 44

The cockpit can be accessed via 3 boarding doors, one at the transom and both a port and starboard boarding door. The cockpit is large and within the Krogen community noted as the "Back Porch." Wing doors on the side decks offer protection when in a breezy anchorage. 

From the cockpit you enter the salon via the water tight door. To starboard a large L-shaped settee and port a comfortable recliner. A beautiful table and gorgeous parquėt floors. Just forward of the salon is the galley which offers ample cabinet and prep space. All the necessary equipment for entertaining or while on passage. 

Forward and down just a few steps is the accommodations level. The large head with separate enclosed shower to port. To starboard is the amazing guest cabin/office. A double berth as well as a flip down pullman berth on the forward bulkhead allow this space to accommodate many uses. Moving forward is the owners cabin with its centerline queen berth and large hanging locks. High ceilings and natural light make this space a wonderful space to be.

Back to the galley and up a few steps is the pilothouse. With a wonderful view out and a large settee to enjoy the journey with family for friends. To both port and starboard are watertight dutch doors. These doors enter onto the side decks where you can navigate forward or aft with ease. 

Out the port side door and with the stair folding down you can access the boat deck and flybridge level. Dinghy is mounted on the boat deck and tremendous views from the flybridge.
